Temptation vs. Strength

Have you ever thought about what temptation is? It's not nice things, Temptation is not just wanting something you can't have... Temptation is the thirst and the desire for something that seems to majestically call your name and can even make you feel like nothing else matters. Temptation is an appetite.  But strength, real strength is resisting temptation. Obedience allows you to recognize what you may possibly be losing or sacrificing when you give in to temptation. Yes, it's true, fear can keep you on the straight and narrow also but I think strength is more rewarding.
